2024 Toasted Coconut & Elijah Craig Barrel Aged Dig Deep Imperial Stout - 296 ml

We are thrilled to release our Dig Deep Imperial Stout, aged for 24 months in an Elijah Craig bourbon barrel that previously held toasted coconut. This aging process infuses the beer with complex layers of flavor, enhancing its velvety smooth character. The bourbon barrel imparts deep, warming notes of vanilla, oak, and caramel, which harmonize beautifully with the beer’s rich base of dark chocolate and freshly roasted espresso. The addition of toasted coconut brings a subtle sweetness and nutty complexity, rounding out the robust flavors for a truly decadent and memorable stout experience. Best enjoyed in front of a roaring fall fire, this stout is a perfect companion for cool autumn nights.
