All or Nothing Takes New York By Storm!

With much fanfare on May 24th, the 2017 Food Day was held at the James Beard Foundation House in New York City. The evening featured a multi course meal featuring 100% Canadian ingredients prepared by a team of award winning chefs! Our very own Peach Braggot was served and paired with an amazing Foie Gras Torchon, University of Guelph Tomato Jam, Coltsfoot, Sea Pea, Spruce! We can’t wait until Food Day 2018!
